Early Check-Ins are subject to availability and only guaranteed on a fee of 50% of your room rate, which will require the room then blocked for your early arrival.

Should you require a late Check-Out on your departure day, the charge is a R150 per hour for the check out later than 10h00 to 12h00. Any check out after 12h00 onwards will be charged at 75% of the room rate subject to availability.

Bookings to be released at 18h00 should you not arrive in time.
Online Bookings should not be made if arrival is after 18h00 – see our office hours.
Please cancel online reservations should you not arrive within our office hours to avoid penalty fees.
Refundable Deposits:
Deposits may be charged upon check in on weekend reservations. The applicable deposit ranges from R500 for the Lodge Rooms up to/not exceeding R2000 for the Cottages. Deposits taken for Lodge Room Bookings will be refundable on return of the room key, settlement of any outstanding items on your bill as well as all inventory items confirmed in the room. Deposits taken for bookings are refundable to a nominated account on confirmation that no items have been damaged during your stay, as well as settlement of your bill.
